    I think my forte is relating to the buyers. I have a uncanny capability of getting to know the buyer quickly and asking the right questions to get them talking. Once I get to know them it seems the sale is easy.

    Thanks for your input. I happen to think your forte is one of the most important talents a Salesperson can have. If you can’t relate to people and make them feel important and listened to, you will not build rapport which is so important for getting a sale. And you are right, once you get to know them, the sale should be relatively easy.
    Take Care and keep up the great work you do.

  3. I always feel if they think or feel that you care it does go a long way. Make them feel like part of your family. Seems to work with me because they start talking about the small stuff that really adds big value in the long run.

    Thanks for the message. This approach has always worked for me as well. I find people love it when you show an sincere interest in them. It’s the easiest way to sell!
